RKM is a Copenhagen based fashion brand working in the field between conceptual storytelling and ready to wear. founded in 2023 by Rikke Krogsgaard Mikkelsen, the brand aim to explore and process various feminist topics such as body, sexuality and empowerment.
Based on a fascination with historical elements combined with contemporary tendencies, RKM's universe is a hybrid world drawing from a multitude of relevant sources of inspiration.
We use storytelling to explore the  the body's countless possibilities to empower and individualize ourselves with the purpose of creating objects that invite and include our community to feel comfortable and sensual in their own skin. For new beginnings and for new structures to establish.
All RKM products are designed, constructed and produced in our studio in Copenhagen. All pieces are made to order or in small quantities to reduce waste. Most fabrics are sourced from Italian deadstock suppliers or carefully selected, including second-hand materials and recycled polyester.
